Return Policy
Unworn and unwashed items can be returned for refund or exchange within 30 days of receipt of your order.
Restrictions:
Socks/Shoe Covers - We cannot accept returns on socks or shoe covers that have been removed from packaging. Please reference our size chart to ensure you order the correct size.
Gift Cards - Gift Cards do not have a cash value and can not be returned/refunded.
Defective Items
Please email megan@moondust.bike prior to returning Defective items.

Shipping Charges

Returns:
Shipping fees are not refundable unless item deemed defective by Moon Dust Apparel.

Exchanges:
Any additional shipping costs for exchanges will be due before the new items will be shipped. We will send a Paypal invoice or you can include your charge credit card # with exchange.

Insurance:
We recommend insuring returns in case of loss or damage before it gets to us.
